Welcome to my fitness journey! My name is Chris Arnett, and I am a 44-year-old husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and retired Sergeant in the United States Army. My life has been a testament to resilience and determination, grounded in my faith in God.
Growing up, I faced my share of challenges but found solace in sports, particularly football, which fueled my passion for fitness. I began lifting weights at the age of 13, and by 16, I stood 6 feet tall and weighed 205 lbs. After high school, I transitioned into personal training and proudly served two tours in Iraq.
My military career was both rewarding and challenging; I sustained injuries that led to surgical repairs and significantly affected my ability to exercise. As a result, I faced severe health challenges, reaching a weight of 430 lbs and struggling with sleep apnea, insomnia, diabetes, and more. At one point, I was taking over 20 medications and living in agony. However, through faith and perseverance, I’ve turned my life around and no longer take any medications.
Today, I stand at just over 300 lbs, a testament to my commitment to health and wellness. I am only 50 lbs away from my next goal, and I am on a transformative journey toward better health, one day at a time. My overarching purpose is to serve God and be a servant to His kingdom, always striving to be the face of Jesus in the lives of others. I believe in bringing the kingdom of heaven to earth by improving quality of life, both physically in health and spiritually.
With over 30 years of training experience, I understand the importance of a holistic approach to fitness. My mission is to help others achieve their health goals while nurturing their spiritual well-being. If you share that goal, I invite you to join me on this journey. Let’s work together to become the healthiest versions of ourselves!
